We just want to start by saying we hope Flying Changes is a place for you to RP and have fun!
How to Start
Read the Rules and once you understand them go ahead and make your first character at the Character Creation Board. Remember you can have a max of 3 different characters, though you may buy more Tokens from the store. You have to wait for your character to be accepted by a Admin or Staff member but while you do you can visit the Out of Character Boards and Introduce yourself or join in the games. Each Character must have their own thread in the Logbook You must include each horse the obtain along with them. An easy way to make money would be to check out the Achievements board and complete them.
How to Get Your First Horse
You have made your first character and now want a horse? Each Character you make gets 3 Free Horse Tokens. Tokens enable you to make 'imported' horses that have no parents and lets you choose which ever base color and markings you desire. But first you have to Redeem your Tokens. There are three quick stages to getting your imported horses.
First fill out the form at the Redeeming center so that an Admin or Staff can get you your Three Free Tokens.
Second YOU MUST PUT YOUR INFORMATION IN THE ITEM DIRECTORY. No Item is recognised by Flying Changes unless it is recorded in the Item Directory. Its a way to keep track of everyones items and information.
Lastly, once you have gotten your Tokens (Which will appear in your Shop Items in your Profile) and have posted in the Item Directory go to the Equine Creation and fill out the form.
Competing
Flying Changes currently offers three different competitions Cross Country, Jumping and Racing. In order to enter them you must first Register your horse. They may only belong to one Disipline unless a shop item is bought.
The Associations are there for prestige and keeping track of Competition points. Sign up for each Association your horse is eligible for as you go. It includes Maiden, Class C, Class B and Class A.
